Sharp's services are available only to eligible institutional and professional counterparties that have completed onboarding, including KYC and AML checks, and accepted a client agreement.
2. Use of the platform
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, to keep credentials confidential and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
3. Trading and settlement
Transactions are governed by your client agreement and the applicable execution and settlement policies. Quotes are firm only for the period stated at the time of quotation.
4. Risk
Digital assets are volatile and may lose value. Nothing on this website constitutes investment, legal or tax advice.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sharp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Zurich.
